balanced experience at central location
prime location helpful staff limited menu hot breakfast
the location is indeed prime right by the clock i found the room large and fairly quiet it faced the inner court the ceilings with wood beams were attractive and unique the staff were generally nice and helpful i found this charming. the building itself holds a lot of history.
the rooftop restaurant had several menu items unavailable i wanted to order certain dishes and wines and they were sold out the side dish was incorrect at first and the sauce was initially served on the wrong plate i felt a bit let down. the breakfast room was also quite hot it made the experience somewhat uncomfortable

Excellent Stay in the City Center
central location beautiful aesthetic friendly staff
The location was very central. It was easy to access everything from the hotel. The room was lavish, very large, and had a beautiful aesthetic. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay.
The lift was used by both hotel guests and visitors to the rooftop terrace. This caused high foot traffic and made the lift difficult to use. I found myself waiting longer than expected during peak times.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast included many options. I found the outside restaurant excellent. It allowed for nice people-watching opportunities and a great atmosphere with prompt and friendly service.
Rooms
9/10
The room had very comfortable beds. The furniture looked attractive. The ceiling had beautiful wooden beams. This suite provided ample space and a quiet setting away from street noise.
